By Client: Clients may terminate the project at any time. Payments made up to the point of termination are non-refundable.

By Globium Designs: We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client fails to comply with these terms. Payments made up to the point of termination are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

Globium Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Globium Designs harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Globium Designs operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
